sup it’s raining

yeah basically it’s raining…

i’ve been having an okay week, though. also here’s a picture of my desktop cuz i just updated my menu bar utilities!!

start menu and recentapps have been lifesavers for me, here’s their links and an additional similar app that kinda combines both features (https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/61551/launchpanel). start menu: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/61765/start-menu and recentapps: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/61818/recentapps 🙂 start menu works on older macs (i think it starts at OS X 10.11 El Capitan). recentapps only works for OS X 11 and later. i am not sure about launchpad because i did not install it. i also have a cpu and battery monitor app called stats bu if you have an intel only mac (not compatible with metal) you can get the official app from here: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/55310/intel-power-gadget. so basically i’ve been decorating my computers while it rains lol. i did the desktop computer as well but i will screenshot that later! macupdate is such a great resource for apps!! mac software is hard to come by nowadays even on the mac app store, which i really prefer not to use because it always involves the extra work of entering my itunes password xD but it’s always nice to have a few different options on where to get stuff. usually i get my app icons and desktop wallpapers from deviantart. sometimes i get desktop wallpapers from various brands (sanrio, bratz, etc.) if they have those available for download. it’s also good to check blogs for them. i know that there are a few i really like, maybe i will do a post on that soon.

xoxo
